Welcome to AIM Center Housing
AIM Center Housing was created to provide safe affordable housing for consumers who have a verified mental illness and are low income.
All housing is HUD subsidized and tenants pay 30% of their income for rent.
The AIM Center has six complexes: Oxford Place Incorporated, Oxford Place East, The Commons, Belvoir Ridge, Woodlawn and Woodhaven. The complexes are nestled around Brainerd and East Ridge.
How to Apply:
Interested applicants should come to Housing Office and fill out an application. Then set up a date for a screening meeting with the Housing Coordinator. AIM Center Housing typically has a wait list so consumers go on the wait list after successfully completing their screening meeting. Tenants are notified of an opening as their name reaches the top of the wait list.
