Transitional Employment is a great way for businesses to fill entry-level positions.
AIM Center’s Transitional Employment program is an intensive, job-skill building program where an AIM program participant (referred to as a member), is placed in a part-time position in the community for a temporary job assignment (typically six to nine months) to determine the member’s interests and professional strengths. This program is especially helpful for individuals who want a supported job to use as a stepping stone for skill building and adapting to a new work environment.
